Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a review on professional human resources and artificial intelligence (AI) and the consequence of technological innovation. This study identifies that AI has become a dilemma in the digital era on the human resource (HR). In particular, AI raises many questions and becomes a problem in organizations. It has well known that AI provides high impact on the work activities. On the other hand, the presence of AI is considered a threat that  has the potential to replace human roles in various aspects of  life. However, there are still lack of  studies that focused on this issue. Therefore, this study, attempts to review critical aspects that should  be considered  by organization to solve this phenomenon.
