Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a dilemma in the digital era on the human resource (HR) issue. It well known that AI provides high impact on the work activites. On the other hand, the presence of AI is considered a threat that  has the potential to replace human roles in various aspects of  life. In particular, AI raises many questions and poses a dilemma in organizations. However, the presence of  AI in the Industry 4.0 era will not  have  a negative  impact  that becomes a deviation or brings a big problem. Humans will still be able to manage  the era of digital transformation. Automation by the machine is not the elimination of  jobs of HR but how HR and artificial intelligence are able to synergize by increasing the capacity of Professional HR towards the mastery of Artificial Intelligence technology.
